Ty’n Llan cottages are the most northerly in Wales, just outside Cemaes the most northerly village. Situated at the end of a lane by Llanbadrig Church dating back to 440A.D. In an area of outstanding natural beauty where the sunsets can be spectacular. It was here sitting on a bench on the headland that the Dalai Lama called it “the most peaceful place on earth”.The coastal path is accessible here and White Lady Bay is a short walk away and Cemaes itself is about a 15 minute walk by the lane or 25 minutes by the coastal path. Cemaes has 2 sandy beaches Traeth Mawr (Big beach) and Treath Bach (Little beach) separated by the harbour. At high tide you may hear the tidal bell chime.
The two cottages are the converted stables Hen Stabl and an outbuilding still called the Outbuilding.
Please note that the original farmhouse Ty’n Llan is now the owners’ home and is no longer available to rent.
